Campbell Park in Milton Keynes plays host to the Midsummer Fayre

Campbell Park in Milton Keynes will be hosting two days of great rock and blues at this year's Midsummer Fayre on June 12th and 13th.

The festival's two stages promise something for every musical taste with a mix of Folk, Blues, Open Mic and Rock n Roll, blending fresh talent with established artists.

Confirmed to headline the event are Wilko Johnson, The Blockheads, Eddie & The Hotrods, The Godfathers, and The Counterfeit Stones.

A host of other activities are also taking place with Victorian fair rides, a children's circus, a magic theatre, Punch and Judy show, theatre marquee, comedy tent and a myriad of other attractions including their very own Evil Kneivel tempting the reaper on the Wall Of Death.

The Midsummer Faye is a semi-free event with all of the children's activities and presentations being free to visitors. Entrance to the music arena is just £8.50 for an adult with free entry to under sixteen's accompanied by a paying adult.

'The show offers an opportunity for a fantastic, affordable, and engaging day out watching some truly excellent rock ‘n' roll acts. With fantastic food bars, arts & crafts stalls and all the trimmings you could normally expect at a country fair.'
