Slash has issued the following update (15 July) on his solo projects via his official Myspace page. Just read what he has to say.

"There's a lot of stuff coming up actually, all good. As it happens I will keep you up to date in as timely a fashion as I am capable.

"Ok, that's all folks, for now anyway, talk to you again soon."

And the future of Velvet Revolver?

Slash has also Tweeted on VR, saying that the band have had a summit 15 July. "VR meeting went great. Still Haven't found a singer, but the dream is alive & well," says Slash.

So he's certainly been busy. From what MusicRadar has previously reported, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Eyed Peas' Fergie, Jane's Addiction's Chris Chaney and Avenged Sevenfold's M Shadows all appear.

Josh Freese recently told MusicRadar that Iggy Pop and Chris Cornell are also on Slash's solo album. Working songtitles include We're All Gonna Die, These Last Words, Crucify The Dead and Beautiful, Dangerous.
