Folk singer Jake Holmes is suing Led Zeppelin, claiming they stole his song, 'Dazed And Confused'

American singer songwriter, Jake Holmes is taking Led Zeppelin to court claiming that they stole his song 'Dazed And Confused.'

The song appears on Holmes' debut album, 'The Above Ground Sound', released by Tower Records in June 1967.

The Led Zeppelin song of the same name was on their 'Led Zeppelin' album released 1969.

Supposedly, Holmes opened for The Yardbirds (featuring Jimmy Page) in 1967 where he claims Page heard the song first.
